2% of your tax

Support the club —
it costs you nothing

In Slovakia, you can assign 2% of your already-paid income tax to a non-profit instead of the state. Fénix3Club has been a registered recipient continuously since 2018.

What we use it for

We're a small civic association — every euro shows. Assigned tax pays for lane rental at Pasienky, members' race entry fees in Slovak Triathlon Union events, club jerseys and shared club activities.

Thank you to everyone who thinks of us at tax time — you're part of why the club has thrived since 2017.

Data for the declaration

The current form is V2Pv25_1. Only two details are needed — exactly like this:

Line 15 — Company ID (IČO)51281562
Line 16 — Legal nameFénix3Club

The IČO is right-aligned in the form; unused boxes stay empty. Careful — an incorrect IČO voids the donation by law, so copy the number. The registered address (Medveďovej 2495/17, 851 04 Bratislava-Petržalka) is no longer entered on the current form. Deadline: 30 April 2026 for employees, or with your tax return by 31 March 2026.

How to

Three routes to 2%

Employee

Via annual tax settlement

By 15 February, ask your employer for the annual tax settlement and a Confirmation of tax paid. Fill in the Declaration for assigning 2% (our details above) and file both with the tax office by 30 April. If you volunteered at least 40 hours last year, you can assign 3%.

Individual filing a return

Directly in your tax return

If you file your own tax return, the 2% declaration is part of it — just complete the section with our details. The deadline matches your filing deadline (usually 31 March).

Company

1%–2% of corporate tax

Legal entities can assign 1% of tax, or 2% when meeting the public-benefit donation condition. The declaration is part of the corporate tax return. We'll gladly issue a confirmation of receipt.
