Information on personal data processing under Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection. The legally binding version is the Slovak original; this is a courtesy translation.
1. Controller
The data controller is the Slovak sports club Fenix3Club, a civic association (FX3BA), based in Bratislava. Contact for data protection matters: info@fenix3club.com
2. What we process and why
Visiting this website. This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider (Websupport) may briefly retain standard server logs (IP address, access time) for security; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation.
Google Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google's servers, so your IP address is technically transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd. when the page loads.
Contacting the club. If you email us, we process the data you provide (name, email, message content) to handle your request, based on pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in responding. Data is kept only as long as needed.
Club membership. For members we process identification and contact data for membership records, sports-federation registration and race entries, based on the membership contract and our legal obligations.
Member zone. Members have website accounts (login email and a securely hashed password). In their profiles they voluntarily publish their name, birth year, disciplines, personal bests and photos; visibility can be switched off and deletion requested at any time.
3. Your rights
Under Art. 15–22 GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Exercise them at info@fenix3club.com.
